GASRE was requested by the end user to provide a steam turbine condition review during a major overhaul, after the Vendor performing the overhaul had informed about major extra costs and repairs compared to the original inspection plan.
A second opinion recommendation was established covering condition of existing components and further actions recommended, NDT inspections and additional scope of work recommeded.
